At first we thought this was going to be a dissatisfied client but we were wrong...

We can not disclose companies name but we will tell you it was a Publishing Company.

????? has been in business for over 80 years and we have been on the internet for 13 of those years. After doing 3 redesigns we thought our sites message was clear, so we decided to order your Deluxe Analysis Report to get an experts outside view and recommendations. We were shocked when 2 of the 4 analysts didn't realize our sites purpose. We just recently went with a new CMS (Drupal) to make it easier for our editors to make changes to the site. Not knowing the system very well we got carried away with the modules and thought our site was functioning properly and got our information across. From your report we realized we were wrong, yes our site was easy to change but "it didn't flow with the clients" as one of your analyzers said. We have received feed back from some of our subscribers and paid advertisers mentioning the same thing. We spent to much time in design and not consumer flow and that was the reason our site was lagging. I just want to say that your report was accurate and straight forward and from now on we will recommend you to every company we meet.
